All rents are pro-rated, you pay for only the days you use our storage units.
The lease is written for one month but if you move your items before the month has ended you will receive a refund for the days you did not use our storage units. The lease will continue until you or I terminate it.
There is also a $25.00 deposit due at the time you rent the storage unit. The deposit will be refunded to you if all rents have been paid and there is no damage and the unit is clean for the next tenant
